Thanks to the team I no longer have water pouring through the ceiling the electrics were tripping and I was panicking. They said they were on a job and was going to book me in the next day however when I explained about the problem they made time and came almost straight away. They were so efficient. Late one night I went up to my bedroom and I saw water coming from the ceiling as a result of heavy rain. I called Sam, early the next morning one of his guys went up on the roof and did a temporary fix. About a fortnight later about four of his guys came and replaced the roof. This roof has been tested by prolong her heavy rain. Not a drop came through into the bedroom. All I can say is that the workmanship was first class and very honestly priced. I will be getting the roof fixed on our rental property and will look no further than Sam.

Sam’s team worked hard through difficult weather conditions to complete this job. Sam and his team demonstrated attention to detail and quality workmanship throughout. Complex tile valleys, neat cemented ridges, well fitted tiles and lead around loft extension. Also replaced guttering that now properly drains. And of course the roof no longer leaks and should last for a long time!
I have no hesitation in recommending Sam for roofing repairs. He responded very quickly when we had a leak in the roof and then worked with us to ensure we understood the issues and solutions. We called Sam's Roofing for an inspection, knowing we had problems. The inspection was thorough. He explained, in detail work he considered was needed. He listed what was essential to ensure no further damage and what was not imperative but could lead to future problems. There was no pressure to have any work done. We needed a very large amount of old tiles and Sam sourced them for a perfect match. His team worked hard for two weeks, standard lunch breaks and no drifting off. Sam undertook the repointing / replacement of circa 50 ridge tiles on my roof after an issue where some of the tiles had become loose / had fallen during recent rain. The house is quite old and the roof tiles are somewhat fragile so the work was fraught with the possibility of further damage. It was difficult to avoid further damage but Sam's team did a great job and replaced tiles as necessary
